On the website of Kyosan Light Metal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), when collecting information from users, such as the name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number, from which the individual can be identified, the Company will strongly be aware of the importance of such personal information and collect the information within the proper scope by presenting name of a third party, its contact desk or relevant information if we provide such personal information to any third party.
Regarding the information collected from the users from which the individual can be identified, the Company will save, use, or analyze such information within the scope of the activities of the Company. Furthermore, the Company shall be able to use the information among the information collected from which the individual can be identified according to the stipulations of the appropriate clauses included in this Agreement.
The Company will never intentionally provide any third parties with the information collected from each of the users that can identify the individuals, provided that the following exceptional cases shall be excluded:
- A request for disclosure based on legal grounds was received;
- Concerning the provision of the information, an approval for provision of the information in particular to third parties is obtained from the provider of the information; and
- The information is provided in the scope that is required for the performance of the business concerned, when entrusting the treatment of the information collected by the Company to a business trader, etc.
The Company will take necessary measures for prevention of leakage, loss or damage of information collected, and for adequate management thereof.
