Since the foundation of the company in July 1984 up to the present, experiencing the reorganization of the business corporation in December 2004, Sankyo Light Metal has been sticking to the one and only brief we believe in. With the concept “We think of everything starting from aluminum”, we specialized our businesses into aluminum spacers for double-glazed glass called “TWOIN.”
We have earned customers’ great trust and patronage as a specialized manufacturer backed by technologies and know-how.
Recently, we had a revolutionary incident within the company—a revolution in awareness raising of employees toward their jobs. We accumulated advanced consultations, let them absorb knowledge, enhanced motivation, and satisfied both of the rationality and the willingness. The results include drastic improvement in productivity, increased orders from stakeholders and enhancement in recognition of the level of happiness of employees.
However, we will not be staying here at this level. We have the five-year business plan with a view to expansion of our businesses overseas under the concept “Moving further forward and farther destinations.” We will develop and launch new environmentally-friendly products based on our corporate motto “We think everything starting from aluminum.”
